Course Details:

  • Learn Pilates Principles of Stabilisation and Movement.

  • Learn to program resistance-based exercises to build intensity and challenge with the Reformer.

  • 67 exercises plus modifications to maximise results with clients.

  • Learn how to use the Reformer to program effectively for specific goals and concerns; to challenge or assist, based on client needs.

  • Focus on core strengthening, joint stability, posture and muscular imbalances, stability, balance, muscle definition.

  • Interactive learning program with demonstrations, physical execution of exercises and teaching practice.

  • Participants will receive a Manual covering material taught and a Completion Certificate.
