Learn 30 exercises plus modifications to program workouts for women during their pregnancy.
Understand how to apply Pilates Principles of Breathing, Stabilisation and Alignment.
Learn to use the Reformer spring-resistance to assist, challenge, and strengthen balance and muscle tone.
Focus on programming to strengthen joint-stability, core and pelvic floor muscles with the help of the Reformer to assist and adapt to specific needs.
Programming workouts to address posture and balance concerns.
Participants will receive a Manual covering material taught and a Completion Certificate.
