Course Details

  • Learn new exercises on the Reformer and Mat with increased challenge in complexity, coordination, balance and core-engagements.

  • Apply Principles of Stabilisation and Movement to focus on core-engagement, joint-stability, and effective muscle engagements.

  • Learn progressions on Reformer and Mat Level 1 exercises.

  • Use the Pilates Resistance Ring to incorporate challenge and add variety to Reformer and Mat exercises.

  • Interactive learning sessions with demonstrations, physical practice, programming and teaching practice.

  • Learn cues and corrections focusing on alignments, engagements and biomechanics to teach more effectively.

  • Learn how to Program workouts customised for varied fitness levels in Group Classes and Personal Training.

  • Learn to Program incorporating Level 2 exercises with Level 1 material.

  • Understand and practice creating workout flows and sequences while emphasising safety and injury-prevention.

  • Participate in workouts conducted by Anjali Sareen to understand programming, flow, cues and corrections.

  • Practice Sessions for Teaching and Programming. Strengthen your programming and teaching skills through practice sessions with fellow participants by working and teaching on Reformers and mat, incorporating accessories as needed.

  • Participants will receive Manuals covering material taught..

  • A Completion Certificate will be presented at the end of the course.
