Program designed and taught by Anjali Sareen, pioneer and original Master Trainer of Pilates in India. Anjali has 30 plus years of experience in the fitness, movement, and rehab field.
She is known for her keen eye for detail in teaching with corrections, cues and programming.

Suitable for – Pilates Instructors, Fitness Professionals, Physiotherapists, Personal Trainers, Group Instructors, Movement and Sports Coaches, Yoga Instructors, and Fitness enthusiasts.



Course Details

  • Learn 100 plus exercises on the Tower to include a new level of Strength and Conditioning to the workouts you teach.

  • Apply Principles of Stabilisation and Movement to focus on core-engagement, joint-stability, and effective muscle engagements.

  • Learn how to position and use different parts of the Tower to ensure effective and safe workouts.

  • Interactive learning sessions with demonstrations, physical practice, programming and teaching practice.

  • Learn material for Functional Training workouts that include compound and multi-plane movements.

  • Exercises taught can be programmed to train for mobility, coordination, and balance.

  • Learn cues, corrections, and programming skills to teach effectively in Group Classes and Personal Training.

  • Material taught can be used to program workouts only on the Tower, or as a combination with Reformer and Mat exercises.

  • Focus on injury-prevention by teaching with specific cues and alignments.

  • Participants will receive a Manual covering material taught.

  • A Completion Certificate will be presented at the end of the course.
