Course Details:

  • Learn Pilates Principles of Stabilisation and Movement.

  • Understand how to incorporate core-engagement principles with 49 exercises plus modifications.

  • Interactive learning program with demonstrations, physical execution of exercises and teaching practice.

  • Understand how to use cues and corrections to maximise results for clients.

  • Learn to program workouts to build intensity and variety using modifications and progressions.

  • Participants will receive a Manual covering material taught and a Completion Certificate.
